At Pure Chocolate, we take pride in offering fresh, vegan, allergen-free chocolate products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, returns are generally not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Chocolate bars

• Truffles

• Confectionery items

• Any perishable product

• Opened or damaged packaging (unless defect occurred during shipping)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Melted due to shipping issues

• Defective in any way

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@purechocolate.ro with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

We will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our responsibility

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
